General Health

It’s great when we feel good and enjoy life. Whether something happens to change our level of health (by medical treatment, accident or violence) we learn to adjust and our definition of health changes accordingly. Some studies state that 75% of illness is caused by emotional "issues" and 25% genetic causes. Studies have shown that toxins in our environment are also creating the changes in our cells in future generations; changing our DNA (chromosomes) thus, creating the illnesses and diseases that we never heard of before. Many of the Cancers we now have are the accumulation of the toxins we have been exposed to since childhood (including emotional toxins). Eating organic (make sure you learn to read labels that are labeled Certified Organic USDA or CCOF) helps to decrease most of the pesticides, hormones and toxins that we ingest in our food. By eating meats and poultry that are free range, no added antibiotics and hormones; animals and poultry fed with organic food considerably reduces the amount of hormones added to the body. These pesticides and hormones have an Estrogenic effect on our bodies which can lead to disease and cancer over time. Love fish? The only good fish left on this planet without high levels of mercury and PCB’s is Alaskan Salmon. Farmed fish are extremely high with PCB’s due to the run off from pesticides sprays.

Don’t believe me? Why do you think young girls start their menstrual cycles at 9yo? Its the hormones in beef, poultry, milk; and the toxins in produce, processed foods and fast food we feed children as soon as they can eat solids. What was in that formula you fed your infant? Don’t believe the labels on products in you local grocery and Wal Mart stores-Corporations are on the bandwagon to charge higher prices for products "claiming" to be organic. Read labels and go to the websites listed on these labels and you will find that pesticides are used on most of the produce and processed foods.
